About Our Programs
The Fly to Dream Investment Program is our merit-based initiative where Tie-Upp Aviation Pro invests significantly in reducing training costs for selected candidates. This competitive program identifies the most promising future pilots and provides substantial financial investment in their Commercial Pilot Licence training. We offer two Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) programs:
Designed for students returning to their home countries or working overseas after CPL completion
For students building aviation careers within New Zealand, with pathways to advanced training and employment opportunities
Both programs include 220 total flight hours and lead to the New Zealand Diploma in Aviation (General Aviation) Level 5 – Aeroplane Strand.
Our intensive full-time Commercial Pilot Licence program typically takes 52 weeks to complete, including:
- 80 hours PPL (Private Pilot Licence) training
- 90 hours CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence) training
- 50 hours Instrument Rating (IR) training
- Ground school and theory components

- December 2025 (Registration: July 15 - September 15, 2025)

Our comprehensive training package includes:
